• Cabinets and Counters: 8 feet worth. Full base cabinets with open shelving above.
• Sink. Stainless steel, single bowl with faucet and spray. Or spec and industrial sink.
• Shelving. Either wood or stainless steel
• Counters and backsplash. Your choice of PaperStone, concrete or bamboo.
• Applicance: dishwasher and under-counter, 6 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer

Full Bath

• Single-piece shower stall with faucet. Solid panel and all-tile versions optional
• Floors: Marmoleum, concrete or tile
• Toilet: Dual-flush is standard. Composting model optional
• Lavatory and faucet

Mini Bath

• Space-efficient toilet cabinet
• Small corner sink optional
• Handwash/slop sink optional in Industrial and Business/Hobby finish levels

Cabinets Choose from:

• Basic durable industrial cabinets with sustainably sourced fronts and cases
• Steel cabinet system
• Residential styled cabinets, flush-faced or recessed panel styles
• DIY on-site

Decks

• Due to shipping concerns standard decks are available only on the building’s 14’ sides
• Long-side decks can be special-ordered. They will be shipped in pieces and assembled on-site for an additional charge
• Plans and materials can be purchased from PowerHouse if you wish to build your own deck
