At PowerHouse™, it’s all about design. Not just making “pretty”, but really getting into the site, a client’s needs and all of the nitty-gritty bits like budget, schedule – you name it. We’re sure you’ve read about LEED-H and other “green” programs in the design and mainstream media. We are a LEED-H homebuilder and an EnergyStar partner. Our Design Principal is a LEED AP registered architect and ALL of our homes are designed and built to LEED or better performance standards. This is hard work and takes allot of time to learn what to do, where to source the materials, how to achieve LEED (or other) certifications. This is what we do.
