A. Quincy Vale
President
Founder and President of PowerHouse Enterprises™. Quincy is
responsible for day-to-day management of all company operations.
In addition to establishing PowerHouse’s modular homebuilding
operation, he participates in projects ranging from managing competitive
energy procurements for municipal and private entities, to renewable
energy and green building project management, and to advocating for
policy and regulatory developments before administrative agencies
and legislative bodies. Quincy also serves on myriad planning and
advisory committees including the Green Buildings Advisory Committee
convened by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative and the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts’ Sustainable
Design Roundtable.
Prior to starting PowerHouse, Quincy developed and managed the Massachusetts
Green Buildings Program for the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative,
and was involved with all aspects of its work on the Renewable Energy
Trust. In this role, he acted as a project manager for green building
design and construction projects throughout the state and administered
financial assistance as grants and loans of approximately $100 million
to hundreds of recipients for work relating to a wide variety of
projects and renewable energy technologies. In addition to gaining
significant expertise with a wide variety of generating systems and
energy efficiency measures, he also participated in the development
of many state and utility policies that influence the marketplace
for the technologies, including the RPS regulations, ISO-NE’s
Generation Information System, and distibuted generation interconnection
protocols.
John D. Rossi
Design Principal
A Leed 2.1 accredited design professional
and registered architect with 10+ years of architectual, interior
and industrial design experience. John, the son of a Connecticut
builder/developer, grew up in and around residential construction
and even maintained his own construction business for a time. John
has worked as a free-lance sculptor and filmmaker and he has a number
of product designs undergoing the initial Patenting process.
John is responsible for all aspects of design and engineering coordination
including meeting with developers and homeowners from the beginning
of the PowerHouse integrated design process.
Design issues involve everything from typical architectural services
relating to our modular homes to the design of our startup factory
and manufacturing processes through to the integration of sustainable
manufacturing practices and materials with our designs and construction
methods. We have also begun to explore alternative uses for materials
with regard to our modules.

Matthew Eisendrath
Sales and Marketing
Matt has a strong background in driving sales, marketing, & business development for start-ups. He also has valuable experience in the energy efficiency and real estate fields, having worked as a carpenter, real estate developer, and consultant. Matt's real-world experience has been reinforced with the academic study of Real Estate Development & Finance, Economics, and Energy and Environmental Politics at Harvard.

Graduated Carnegie Mellon and has worked in MA for more than 8 years.
Hillary has also worked in China, while studying architecture at
the internationaly known Kun Ming Polytechnic.

has been practicing in Boston area for more than 10 years... "her sense
